A NOTE FROM PRESIDENT BIDEN

“Folks, not since the Civil War has democracy been under assault here at home as it is today.

“Donald Trump is an existential threat to our progress and to the rule of law. He doesn’t care about lifting people up, only dragging his enemies down. He calls opponents “vermin” in an echo of language used by the Nazis, and he boasts about ripping away women’s reproductive rights.

“Just think: what freedoms will Trump attack next?

“But winning this race won’t be a walk in the park. My opponent is tapping into a deep well of resources to distract and deceive voters. We can set the record straight and win another four years to finish the job. I really mean it: There’s nothing beyond our capacity when we work together.

“That’s why my campaign is sharing our strategy directly with you. It’s my sincere hope that like-minded Democrats, Republicans, and Independents will get on board as we ride the road to victory. Let’s keep the faith.”
